In honor of the COVID-19 lockdown, I made a yoga video that I'm calling Experienced Vinyasa Yoga. This class is recommended for people who've taken at least 10 vinyasa yoga classes and feel comfortable enough with the poses to be in a room separate from the teacher. I think in person teacher-student sessions are important for learning alignment and preventing injury, so if you haven't done that, I ask you to please not try this class.
